Job descriptionCollaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that address client requirements and deliver value. Expand sales efforts beyond BFSI to target clients across other industry verticals in Australia market, leveraging existing Lead the end-to-end sales process, from initial contact through contract negotiation and closure, ensuring a seamless Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs, tracking progress and reporting on sales pipeline activity regularly. Stay current with industry trends, competitive landscape, and market dynamics, leveraging insights to refine sales Represent at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to promote our brand and generate Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Technology or a related field; MBA preferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT Services sales roles focused on BFSI + other Industry domains, with a track Proven expertise in selling software testing and quality assurance services, with a deep understanding of industry[1]specific challenges and requirements. Demonstrated experience in expanding sales efforts into other industry verticals within the Australia market. Strong network of contacts and relationships with decision-makers in BFSI organizations and other industry sectors. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions and build rapport with Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset, capable of developing and executing effective sales strategies. Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend events
