About FractiFi

FractiFi is building a platform for investing in tokenized real-world assets, starting with Dutch farmland. We aim to make real estate investing simple, liquid, and accessible. Our team combines experience in real estate, marketing, and technology. We are early-stage, with a working MVP and a strong asset pipeline, and now expanding our engineering team.

Role

We are looking for our first software engineer hire to work directly with the CTO. You will help design, build, and scale the FractiFi platform. This is a hands-on role focused on execution, with the chance to grow into a broader scope as the company scales.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the CTO to build and improve the MVP trading platform.
  • Develop backend services, APIs, and integrations for asset onboarding, payments, and KYC / AML.
  • Contribute to smart contract development and blockchain integrations.
  • Build and refine user-facing components in collaboration with product and design.
  • Ensure high standards of security, reliability, and performance.
  • Support in setting up testing, documentation, and deployment practices.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of software engineering experience.
  • Strong backend programming skills (Node.js, Python, Go, or similar).
  • Familiarity with Ethereum / EVM or willingness to learn (Solidity or comparable).
  • Understanding of APIs, databases, and cloud infrastructure.
  • Ability to work in a small, fast-moving team with high ownership.

  • Experience in fintech, trading, or blockchain projects.
  • Frontend experience (React, Next.js, Tailwind, etc.).
  • Knowledge of security best practices in financial applications.
  • Exposure to KYC / AML, custody, or payments integrations.
