Position Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior HubSpot CMS Developer with 3-5 years of experience building responsive, high-performance websites and digital assets using HubSpot's CMS and design tools. In this role, you'll collaborate with our marketing, design, and development teams to create custom themes, templates, modules, and experiences that elevate our digital presence and drive engagement.

You should have a deep understanding of HubSpot's CMS architecture, HubL (HubSpot Markup Language), front-end development best practices, and how to create scalable, reusable, and performant web components within the HubSpot ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and maintain custom HubSpot CMS themes , templates, modules, and landing pages.
• Translate design mockups (Figma / Sketch / Adobe XD) into fully responsive, pixel-perfect HubSpot templates .
• Build and optimize custom HubL modules for dynamic content and reusable components.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility , mobile responsiveness, and high accessibility standards.
• Collaborate with design, marketing, and content teams to deliver engaging digital experiences.
• Optimize site performance including page load times, SEO, and accessibility .
• Manage HubSpot CMS assets using Design Manager and HubSpot CLI .
• Provide technical guidance on HubSpot CMS capabilities and limitations.
• Stay current with HubSpot CMS updates , features, and best practices.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve site issues quickly and effectively.
