About The Role :
A Creatio Developer is responsible for designing, configuring, and implementing solutions using the Creatio platform to meet business requirements.
This role involves developing and customizing business processes, integrating Creatio with third-party applications, and providing technical support to users.
Additionally, a Creatio Developer collaborates with stakeholders to analyze requirements, optimizes system performance, and develops reports and dashboards within the Creatio environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design, configure, and implement Creatio CRM solutions to meet business requirements.
- Develop and customize business processes using Creatios BPM engine.
- Integrate Creatio with third-party applications and services.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Creatio users.
- Conduct requirement analysis and translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Optimize system performance and ensure a seamless user experience.
- Develop reports, dashboards, and analytics within the Creatio environment.
- Stay updated with the latest Creatio updates, features, and best practices.
- Train end-users and stakeholders on Creatio functionalities and workflows.
- Collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure smooth implementation and adoption of Creatio And Requirements :
- Creatio Certification (e.g., Creatio Analyst, Developer, or Administrator certification).
- Proven experience working with Creatio CRM or Creatio Studio.
- Strong understanding of business process modeling and workflow automation.
- Experience in low-code / no-code development and system configurations.
- Knowledge of SQL, JavaScript, REST API, and SOAP API for integrations.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in Agile / Scrum methodologies is a plus.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
