Job title - Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Location : Mumbai & On-site working

About the position :

We’re looking for a result-driven SDR to actively seek new business opportunities and engage and build relationships with potential customers. You will provide complete and appropriate solutions / options for every potential customer to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels, and profitability.

Job Responsibilities are :

  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
  • Create, maintain and expand database of prospects in the total addressable market in the assigned region.
  • Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest.
  • Understand customer needs and requirements.
  • Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure.
  • Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) customers and Sales Executives
  • Enable the management of all partner transactions and operations for current accounts.
  • Managing partner data and analyzing performance.

Required skills, education and experience :

  • Graduate with 3-10 years of work experience as a Sales Development Representative, Sales Account Executive, or similar
  • Hands-on experience with multiple sales prospecting techniques like cold calling, cold emailing, and social outreach (LinkedIn and Other professional platforms)
  • Experience working with a CRM
  • Fair understanding of sales performance metrics
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Candidates available to join at short notice are preferred.
