Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Senior Accountant role based in Kolkata. The Senior Accountant will oversee day-to-day financial tasks such as bookkeeping, preparing financial statements, filing taxes, ROC filings and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

Qualifications

Proficiency in bookkeeping, financial statement preparation, and accounting software

Strong understanding of taxation, GST, and ROC regulatory compliance requirements

Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving, and organizational skills

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

Experience in managing accounts for SMEs or startups is an added advantage
