About the Role :
Kissflow is seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Client Partner to join our remote team.
In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for building and nurturing strategic relationships with Chief Information Officers (CIOs) and Chief Digital Officers (CDOs) at big enterprises.
You will act as a trusted advisor, helping these leaders define and execute a digital transformation roadmap powered by the Kissflow platform.
This is an opportunity for a seasoned sales professional to take ownership of a significant market, drive multi-million dollar deals, and become an integral part of Kissflow's growth story in the Asia-Pacific region.
Key Responsibilities :
- Strategic Partnership : Serve as a strategic partner to C-level executives (CIOs, CDOs, and their teams), understanding their business challenges and helping them envision a future state through digital transformation.
- Sales Cycle Management : Own and manage the entire enterprise sales cycle, from initial prospecting and discovery to solution design, negotiation, and closing.
- Market Leadership : Develop and execute a comprehensive go-to-market strategy for enterprise markets, building a robust pipeline of high-value opportunities.
- Deal Structuring : Demonstrate expertise in complex deal structuring and negotiation, ensuring successful outcomes for both the client and the company.
- Presentation & Communication : Lead compelling and insightful sales presentations, workshops, and product demonstrations for large enterprise stakeholders.
- Pipeline & Revenue Growth : Meet and exceed ambitious multi-million dollar sales targets, consistently delivering predictable and profitable revenue growth.
What We're Looking For :
Experience : A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in enterprise technology sales, with a proven track record of success.Market Expertise : Demonstrated experience selling enterprise products to large, complex organizations.Target Achievement : A history of successfully managing and exceeding a multi-million dollar annual sales target.Stakeholder Management : Exceptional skills in C-level stakeholder management, including building rapport, influencing decisions, and navigating organizational structures.Communication : Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with a flair for creating and delivering impactful That Are a Plus :Educational Background : An MBA or a background in management consulting.Domain Knowledge : Previous experience in a technology or delivery role.Product Experience : Direct experience selling or implementing low-code, no-code, or Business Process Management (BPM) tools is a significant advantage(ref : iimjobs.com)
