Key Responsibilities
- Conduct timely client follow-ups to ensure smooth service delivery and satisfaction.
- Maintain and update lead tracking systems (CRM / Spreadsheets) for new and ongoing prospects.
- Prepare and deliver weekly and monthly business reports for management.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure workflow completion and task accountability.
- Assist in developing and refining sales and communication processes.
- Contribute to client relationship management and growth initiatives.
Ideal Candidate
Strong communication and follow-up skills.Excellent attention to detail and time management.Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-border (India–Australia) environment.Experience in CRM tools, Excel / Google Sheets, or client service coordination will be advantageous.Bachelor's degree preferred (Business, Commerce, or related field).About Company : We are an Australian KPO for Cleartax Accountants.
