Key Responsibilities 1. Sales & Business Development
- Achieve monthly and quarterly targets for secured business loan disbursements.
- Develop and implement district-level sales strategies to grow market share.
- Identify high-potential markets, customer segments, and channel partners.
- Ensure consistent lead generation and pipeline management across the team.
2. Team Leadership & Performance Management
Recruit, train, and mentor Relationship Managers and Sales Officers.Conduct regular performance reviews, field coaching, and joint client visits.Drive productivity metrics such as login-to-disbursement ratio, ticket size, and conversion.3. Channel Management
Build and nurture relationships with DSAs, connectors, CA networks, property consultants, and other intermediaries.Ensure channel activation, transparent engagement, and timely payouts.Resolve partner issues and ensure smooth process flow.4. Customer Management
Oversee customer sourcing, profiling, and needs assessment.Ensure high-quality service throughout the loan cycle-from application to disbursement.Address escalations and maintain strong customer satisfaction scores.5. Credit & Risk Management
Work closely with credit teams to ensure high-quality sourcing and documentation.Review credit proposals, FOIR calculations, collateral valuation, and compliance documents.Maintain a healthy portfolio with low delinquency and NPAs.Ensure adherence to internal policies, regulatory norms, and KYC / AML guidelines.6. Process & Operational Efficiency
Monitor TAT across stages-login, sanction, and disbursement.Improve process bottlenecks through coordination with credit, operations, and legal teams.Maintain accurate MIS reporting and forecast sales performance.Key Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of secured business loans , LAP, and MSME lending.Excellent understanding of credit underwriting , financial statements, and collateral evaluation.Proven sales leadership and team-management skills.Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building ability.Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.Qualifications & Experience
Graduate / MBA preferred.5-10 years of experience in MSME / SME lending, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership role.Experience in secured lending (LAP, machinery loans, property-backed loans) is mandatory.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
