Key Responsibilities
Execute ABM playbook dailyCreate segmented outreach lists (India + UAE)Personalised email, WhatsApp, InMail, follow-upsGenerate 10–15 qualified meetings monthlyMaintain CRM discipline (Zoho Bigin or other equivalent)Work closely with BGR Founder & Global VPDrive measurable PLI outcomesMust-Have Requirements

₹4–6 LPA Fixed SalaryPLI Incentives = Up to equal amount of fixed salaryEXTRA BONUS : Up to 1 Month Salary for extraordinary performance(Awarded on delivering 130–150% of monthly KPIs + exceptional client feedback)High achievers routinely earn ₹12–15 LPA+ all-inclusive. (Extra-ordinary achievers can earn up to 20-22 LPA) - There is no upside limit on incentives
