Cubix Digital Solutions is a fast-growing IT firm with offices in Mumbai and Hyderabad. We provide Odoo development services to external clients & are the back-office and operations partner for a UK and Ireland-based jewelry group with 100 professionals across the UK, Ireland, and India.
Position Overview :
We're seeking an experienced Odoo Functional Consultant to take full ownership of client projects, from process mapping and requirement gathering to implementation, documentation, and training. The ideal candidate will work closely with developers to deliver functional solutions, reduce customizations by aligning processes with Odoo 17 standards, and enable business transformation through effective use of the platform. The role also involves international travel (Europe / US) to conduct workshops and understand client operations first-hand.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead requirement gathering workshops and understand client business processes - both within and outside Odoo.
- Perform gap analysis , draft BRD / FRS , and facilitate UAT sessions.
- Collaborate closely with developers to ensure smooth translation of business needs into technical solutions.
- Recommend process improvements using standard Odoo functionalities with a focus on minimizing customization.
- Create training documentation, user guides, and video tutorials to ensure client teams can effectively use delivered solutions.
- Conduct end-user training, demos, go-live support, and handovers .
- Travel to client sites (Europe / US) when required for on-ground process mapping and workshops.
- Take ownership of projects and ensure timely delivery.
Requirements :
Minimum 4 years of Odoo functional consulting experience (Odoo 17 preferred).Strong knowledge of Odoo core modules (Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, CRM, MRP, HR).Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Willingness to travel internationally (Europe / US).Self-driven, with the ability to take ownership of client projects.Nice to Have :
Odoo Certification (beneficial).Prior experience with European or US clients.Experience with business process re-engineering .Industry knowledge in domains such as manufacturing, distribution, or services.Work Schedule :
Monday to Friday : 11 : 30 AM to 8 : 00 PM (on-site at Dadar office, with some work-from-home opportunity)Skills Required
