Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Store Assistant role located in Baner, Pune. The Store Assistant will be responsible for assisting customers, ensuring proper merchandising and organization of products, maintaining cleanliness and order in the store, providing excellent customer service, and supporting retail sales activities. Additional responsibilities include coordinating closely with team members and aiding in training to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with customers.

Experience in Retail Sales and the ability to handle point-of-sale systems and transactions.

Strong Organization Skills to maintain store cleanliness, inventory management, and product placement.

Experience or willingness to assist in training team members to achieve goals effectively.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused retail environment.

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or experience in retail is a plus.
