Job descriptionDrive overall and category-wise sales performance; achieve monthly and quarterly revenue goals. Review KPIs such as footfall conversion, average bill value, and customer trends to optimize outcomes. Identify opportunities to enhance repeat business and customer retention. Coordinate with merchandising teams for stock planning and timely replenishment. Lead, coach, and motivate the boutique team including sales staff, cashiers, and front-desk personnel. Conduct ongoing training sessions to improve product knowledge and elevate customer service. Support career development and evaluate individual and team performance regularly. Ensure every customer interaction reflects the boutique’s luxury positioning. Resolve escalated concerns with professionalism and empathy. Foster a customer-first culture throughout the store team. Utilize customer feedback to improve service quality and satisfaction scores. Manage daily stock checks, opening / closing reconciliations, and accurate reporting. Coordinate with procurement and vendors to maintain healthy stock levels and avoid excess inventory. Implement loss prevention strategies and ensure staff are trained on safety protocols. Oversee locker safety, daily stock transfers, and overall inventory integrity. Strong leadership and people management skills Passion for luxury retail and high-touch customer service Knowledge of jewellery (gold, diamonds, precious stones) preferred Strong analytical mindset with command over retail KPIs Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities Proficiency with POS and inventory software systems High attention to detail and organizational discipline Bachelor’s degree preferred (Retail Management, Business, or related field) Minimum 5 years of retail experience, including 2–3 years in a managerial role (luxury retail or jewellery preferred) Fluency in English and the local language (Hindi for Delhi / Kannada for Bengaluru) Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed

Salary range : Rs 1200000 - Rs 1500000 (ie INR 12-15 LPA)
