Management Trainee (Accounts Executive) - A leading FMCG Company - Bengaluru

Job Summary :

A leading FMCG company is keen to hire a graduate / post graduate / CA inter with 1+ years of experience its Finance & Accounts team. The role involves handling day-to-day accounting operations, compliance and financial reporting. The candidate will also be responsible for reconciliations, payments, invoicing, maintaining records and providing audit support.

It has a strong nationwide presence through major e-commerce platforms and retail outlets across India.

Location : Bellandur, Bengaluru ( Corporate Office )

Designation : Finance Management Trainee

Reports To : Finance Manager

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Assist in daily accounting operations, journal entries, and ledger management.
  • Support monthly closing, bank reconciliations, and rectification entries
  • Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for invoice validation, payment processing, and expense tracking.
  • Assist in vendor and customer reconciliations and follow up for client collections
  • Assist in statutory filings (GST, TDS, ROC etc.) under supervision.
  • Assist during internal and statutory audits, ensuring timely closure of audit points.
  • Prepare and maintain financial data, documentation, and compliance reports.
  • Work on Excel-based financial models and reports for management review.

Role Requirements :

  • Graduate / Post Graduate / CA inter with 0-1 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and statutory compliance.
  • Hands-on experience in Accounting Software and MS Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, etc.).
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced FMCG environment.
  • Education : Graduate / Post Graduate / CA inter

    Experience : 0 - 1 years of relevant experience in CA firm / accounting firm is preferred

    Working days : Monday to Saturday ( Saturday is WFH )
