Job Title : Project Manager Full Stack (Backend + Frontend)

Location : Siruseri, Chennai

Experience : 10+ years'

Work Mode : 5 Days Work from Office (WFO)

Notice Period : [Immediate / Short Notice Preferred]

Employment Type : Full-time

Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with a strong technical background in both backend and frontend development . The ideal candidate will have started their career as a developer and progressed into project management , with a deep understanding of software development lifecycles, modern technologies, and delivery excellence.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead and manage end-to-end software development projects across backend and frontend teams.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Developers, QA, DevOps, UX / UI, Business Analysts) to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
Define project scope, timelines, and deliverables in alignment with business goals.
Monitor project progress, manage risks, and ensure stakeholder communication.
Implement Agile / Scrum methodologies and drive continuous improvement.
Provide technical guidance leveraging your full stack experience.
Manage team performance, mentoring, and resource allocation.

Required Skills & Experience :

10+ years of total experience in software development and project management.

Strong hands-on background in backend technologies (Java, .NET, Node.js, etc.) and frontend frameworks (Angular, React, Vue.js, etc.).

Proven experience managing multiple full-stack projects from inception to delivery.

Expertise in Agile / Scrum methodologies and project tracking tools (Jira, Trello, etc.).

Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.

Candidate must reside near Siruseri, Chennai , and be willing to work 5 days a week from office .

Certifications (Mandatory) :

PMP / PRINCE2 / CSM (Certified Scrum Master) / PMI-ACP or equivalent certification.

Nice to Have :

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

Exposure to CI / CD, DevOps practices, and microservices architecture.

Experience working with distributed or global teams.
