Job Description :

We are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager with strong expertise in managing end-to-end execution of large-scale Commercial, Data Center, and IT Park construction projects . The ideal candidate should have extensive leadership experience, technical depth, and the capability to deliver projects within cost, time, quality, and safety standards.

Roles & Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage complete project lifecycle—from planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution to handover.
• Oversee construction activities for Commercial Buildings, Data Centers, and IT Park projects, ensuring adherence to design specifications and technical standards.
• Prepare, monitor, and control project budgets, cost estimations, and resource allocation to ensure profitability and cost efficiency.
• Develop detailed project schedules (MSP / Primavera) and track progress through effective monitoring and reporting mechanisms.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and internal cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Ensure all construction works comply with quality standards, safety norms, statutory requirements, and environmental guidelines.
• Mitigate project risks by identifying potential issues early and implementing corrective / preventive actions.
• Review and approve technical drawings, method statements, material submittals, and construction methodologies.
• Drive procurement planning in coordination with the purchase team, ensuring timely availability of materials and resources.
• Oversee contract administration, billing verification, variation claims, and project documentation.
• Lead review meetings, prepare progress reports, and update stakeholders on milestones, challenges, and risk mitigation plans.
• Ensure timely completion and handover of projects to clients with zero deviation in quality and compliance.
