WallsToHome Interiors is a growing residential interior design studio in Electronic City, Bangalore, known for quality craftsmanship, modern design and a seamless client experience. We’re looking for a hands-on Marketing Manager / Brand Lead to own marketing, connect our agency, photographer, HR and sales teams, and drive high-quality enquiries.
Role Summary
You will own planning and execution of marketing campaigns, brand and content quality, ad performance tracking, lead generation, brand awareness and cross-team coordination. You’ll work closely with the Founder and be responsible for measurable growth in leads, brand reach and conversion efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Build & own monthly marketing calendars tied to business goals.
Plan & monitor lead-gen campaigns across Meta, Google & others; coordinate with digital agency.
Track CPL, CTR, conversion; recommend and implement campaign optimizations.
Define & maintain brand voice, visual language and creative standards.
Create / Approve creatives, captions & videos; coordinate project / hand-over shoots with photographer.
Maintain Marketing → Zoho CRM data integrity and prepare monthly performance reports.
Manage local / offline branding : showroom collaterals, events, referral programs & society partnerships.
Work with HR for employer branding; with Sales & Design to capture client stories and content.
Manage marketing budgets and measure marketing ROI.
Work with digital agency to revamp the website, landing page etc

Must-have
3–5 years in marketing / brand / digital coordination.
Experience in interior design / real estate / lifestyle brands.
Practical experience with Meta Ads Manager & Google Ads.
Comfortable with analytics and ROI-driven decision making.
Strong written & verbal communication; excellent creative briefing skills.
Highly organised, self-driven, and collaborative.
