About the Role
CyberTech is seeking talented L2 DevOps Support Engineers to join our Offsite Global Operations Center providing 24x7 support for Client’s IT Service Delivery Team. This role offers exposure to enterprise-scale cloud infrastructure, modern DevOps tools, and cutting-edge monitoring technologies while supporting mission-critical web applications for users.
Responsibilities
- Provide server support, VM setup / provisioning, and troubleshoot OS-level issues (Linux / Windows).
- Setup and manage monitoring tools (DynaTrace, Splunk, SCOM, SolarWinds) and monitor critical applications.
- Actively monitor Service Desk queue and provide timely incident resolution with root cause analysis.
- Execute scheduled releases, maintenance RFCs, version upgrades, and emergency break-fixes on staging / production.
- Perform VM deployments, cloud instance creation (AMI), patch updates, and application upgrades.
- Manage ticket queue, escalate complex issues, and maintain detailed documentation.
- Contribute to automation initiatives, runbook development, and process improvements.
- With training and experience, backup Shift Lead or progress to Shift Lead role.

Strong troubleshooting experience with Linux / Windows server environments.Hands-on experience with AWS / Azure cloud platforms and VM management.Working knowledge of monitoring tools (DynaTrace, Splunk, SCOM, SolarWinds).Experience with hypervisor technologies (VMware, Hyper-V).Basic scripting knowledge (PowerShell, Bash, Python).Experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems.Understanding of deployment processes, version control, and change management.Knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices.Preferred Skills
Knowledge of Ansible or other configuration management tools.Familiarity with CI / CD concepts and tools.Certifications : AWS Certified SysOps Administrator, Azure Administrator, or relevant DevOps certifications.Education Qualification :
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
