Provide On Call DBA Support during weekday off peak business hours & weekends as needed.
Analyze and report the performance of database operations against the key database performance metrics.

Experience in troubleshooting Databases using Database Diagnostic & Compliance Management tools.
Work on production issues in performance tuning, blocking / locking / deadlocks, Mirroring, Always on, memory pressure, CPU, I / O latency and capacity management.
Experience in High Availability and Disaster Recovery Solutions using SQL Server Always on Technology.
Managed databases Small / Medium dbs & VLDB ranging from 10GB to 5TB.
Implemented & Maintained Standard SQL Maintenance Jobs.
Implement & Maintain HADR solutions such as Always on, Mirroring, Replication.
Experience in Database Backup and Recovery & Monitoring solutions.
Solid Experience in troubleshooting Database issues in Prod & Non-Prod environments.
Extensive experience in Performance Tuning of queries and stored procedures & optimize execution plans
