Procurement Coordinator

We are looking for a detail-oriented Procurement Co-ordinator to support purchase order processing, vendor coordination, and timely delivery follow-ups. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, administrative skills, and experience in procurement or logistics.

Key Responsibilities :

• Handle assigned vendors and coordinate purchase orders.
• Create POs and ensure accuracy of information.
• Follow up on order confirmations and delivery timelines.
• Maintain internal system notes and documentation.
• Handle freight RFQs and select forwarders.
• Process vendor and freight invoices.
• Upload PO-related documents and support SOP compliance.
