Spearheading Talent Acquisition across medical, nursing, paramedical, and non-medical functions, including senior specialists and consultants.
- Handling core HR Operations : confirmations, promotions, transfers, increments, insurance, resignations, and record management.
- Supported employee engagement, audits, and employee satisfaction surveys.
- Designed and standardized onboarding & induction processes.
- Driving end-to-end onboarding and induction, ensuring seamless integration of new hires.
