Bharat Intelligence is building the Thinking Engine for Bharat — an AI-powered platform transforming India’s rural economy.

Backed by Sahyadri Farms , we’re creating India’s first AI-driven agri-labour and input marketplace , digitising how farmers hire labour, access inputs, and receive advisory — starting with Maharashtra’s horticulture belts.

This role offers an opportunity to work directly with the founders on strategic projects spanning operations, partnerships, product, and growth.

Role Objective

You will work at the intersection of strategy, operations, and product , helping the Founder’s Office drive key initiatives — from farmer digitisation and labour platform operations to AI product development and investor reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Support the founders on cross-functional projects — strategy, product, marketing, and ground operations.

Coordinate with field, tech, and partner teams to ensure smooth execution of ongoing pilots and partnerships.

Conduct research and data analysis on horticulture markets, input commerce, and farmer behaviour.

Prepare presentations, reports, and dashboards for internal reviews, partners, and investors.

Assist in building and refining processes, SOPs, and content for Whats App and CRM systems.

Liaise with external stakeholders — FPCs, startups, NGOs, and agri-ecosystem partners.

Manage founder priorities and follow-ups , ensuring high-velocity execution across teams.

Who You Are

Curious, analytical, and execution-driven with strong problem-solving ability.

Excellent communication (English + Hindi / Marathi preferred).

Comfortable working in ambiguity and wearing multiple hats.

Interest in agriculture, technology, and rural innovation.

Proficiency in Excel / Sheets, Power Point, and basic CRM tools .
