Job Title : Network Engineering Senior Engineer

Location : Chennai

Work Type : Hybrid

Position Description :

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement and maintain Nice CXone, Verint, and Dialer technologies.
  • Drive new use cases, feature enhancements, and advanced capabilities.
  • Manage system integrations with existing enterprise tools and platforms.
  • Handle upgrades, patches, and release cycles.
  • Monitor system health and ensure high availability and performance.
  • Provide operational support, including on-call duties.

Technical Skills Required

  • Contact Center technologies (Call Recording, Speech Analytics, Dialer Systems)
  • Nice CXone and Verint Cloud platforms
  • Windows and / or Linux Server Administration
  • Cloud Platform Experience (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
  • API Integration / Development
  • Networking Protocols & Concepts
  • SQL Server – ability to write ad-hoc queries
  • Configuration management and deployment practices
  • Advanced troubleshooting, analytical, and decision-making skills
  • Experience & Education

  • Experience : 5–8 years in contact center platforms and technologies
  • Education : Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in Computer Science, IT, or related field)
