Job Summary :

The Manager- International Operations is responsible for coordinating remotely multiple plants in US and other locations for timely manufacturing as per defined quality standards and efficiency norms, Also responsible for ensuring COGS and Plant cost as per targets.

Key Performance area :

• Capacity and Budget planning
• Adherence to production plan
• Operational efficiency – Machine and Capacity Utilization
• Manpower and Resource planning
• Waste optimization
• Inventory Management
• Coordination for Material planning and Procurement planning
• Process improvement- 5S, Kaizen, QMS
