Key Responsibilities :
- Understand and apply basic US healthcare medical terminology.
- Knowledge of Durable Medical Equipment (DME) is an added advantage.
- Exhibit strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members.
- Contribute analytical skills as a key team member when required.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Possess knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, IPA s, and Medicare Advantage plans.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Electronic Health Records (EHR) and Practice Management Systems (PMS), as well as payor portals.
- Meet timely deliverables in accordance with industry standards for quality and quantity.
- Read and analyze work-related documents, executing instructions independently.
- Manage email correspondence and communication via Teams with relevant personnel.
- Enter inquiries related to software and maintain accurate records.
- Correspond with the Head of Department (HOD) and prepare daily billing reports.
- Maintain organized data records and generate medical invoices.
- Perform multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Excel is an added advantage.
- Flexibility to work in different late-night shifts as required.
- Carry out any additional tasks as assigned based on business needs.
