Lead Business Execution Consultant (VP) (3 Days Left)

In this role, you will :

• Be responsible for organizing and directing all aspects of delivery for a set of complex change initiatives (plan, design, and execute). Change initiatives include, but not limited to : Current state analysis and target state solution design, system implementation / upgrade, vendor assessment / selection, new product design, regulatory compliance and issue resolution, process improvement and redesign
• Responsible for full management over a set of project deliverables : Conduct requirement gathering and business analysis activities across multiple asset classes including Fixed Income, Equities, Derivatives and FX. Develop, implement and oversee governance routines for project execution, management reporting and business readiness
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to obtain resources, influence outcomes, address conflict and ensure alignment with Wells Fargo strategy / policies and business line objectives
• Ensure that change management (communication & training) and user experience (adoption) is a focus of every project undertaken
• Responsible for pro-actively identifying potential risks when implementing change, along with developing a mitigation strategy and plan
• Ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders across multiple functional areas (business, technology, risk, etc.)
• Develop metrics and track / evaluate performance of projects, services and initiatives
• Work with impacted areas to understand complex problems. Focus on bringing issues and risks to resolution; identifying solutions and developing clear options and recommendations that drive decision making
• Use problem solving skills to develop custom approaches and solutions (process improvement, change management, product management, projects, etc.) that are tailored to the problem
• Possess detailed understanding of internal policies / procedures, leading process and change methodologies, regulation and support infrastructure complemented by a general capital markets skillset
