Immediate Start : Business Development Specialist

Work Mode : Remote / Work From Home

Salary : from USD 700 - 1200 (negotiable for outstanding candidates)

About the role :

This role focuses on driving revenue growth by headhunting and developing partnerships with hosting agencies, hosts, and high-value users.

Key responsibilities :

• a) Recruit, train, and manage live-streaming agencies & streamers (with emphasis on headhunting from competitors, social media, and personal networks);
• b) Handle agency and streamer affairs, ensuring quick and effective problem-solving;
• c) Identify and maintain relationships with high-value users (key spenders / VIPs);

d) Provide regular reports and ensure efficient teamwork and collaboration.

Requirements

e) Bachelor’s degree or above.
