About the Role

Loop Service, LLC is hiring motivated Business Development Specialists to join our outbound Sales Team. This role focuses on prospecting, qualifying, and generating opportunities from lead lists. As a BDS, you will be the first point of contact for potential customers, ensuring qualified opportunities are passed along to account management teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect assigned lead lists for fuel card and factoring sales
  • Make a minimum of 60 outbound calls and 40 emails per day
  • Enter 100 CRM updates daily and adhere to the rules of pursuit
  • Create 100–400 new opportunities per week in CRM
  • Generate qualified transfers to account management teams :
  • Months 1–3 : 30 per month
  • Months 4–6 : 40 per month
  • Month 7+ : 50 per month
  • Maintain a 35% closed-won ratio on qualified transfers
  • Log all calls and emails accurately in CRM

Training Provided

  • Comprehensive onboarding and SDR qualification training
  • Sales process training with scripts and structured frameworks
  • CRM and pipeline management training
  • Shadowing with experienced sales professionals
  • Compensation & Incentives

  • Base salary : ₹50,000 per month
  • Performance-based bonus : Up to ₹30,000 per month based on targets achieved

  • Night shift to align with U.S. business hours : 7 AM–4 PM CST / 8 AM–5 PM CST (India night hours)
  • Secure 24 / 7 office access, onsite security, and company-provided shuttle service
  • Who You Are

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; prior BD or inside sales experience a plus
  • Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal)
  • High energy, self-motivated, and comfortable with outbound sales activity
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage a high-volume pipeline
  • Tech-savvy with CRM experience (Salesforce or similar preferred)
