Job Description :

Experience : 10+ years in Salesforce implementations with at least 5 years specializing in Salesforce Data Responsibilities :

• Work with business and technical teams to gather data migration requirements and design end-to-end data migration solutions.
• Perform data analysis to identify gaps, inconsistencies, and cleansing needs; define and drive the data cleansing approach.
• Prepare source-to-target data mappings, define migration rules, and establish validation criteria.
• Execute data extraction, transformation, loading (ETL), and perform detailed data validation.
• Define, plan, and execute production data migration strategy with minimal downtime and risk.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure data integrity, scalability, and compliance throughout the migration lifecycle.
• Document migration processes, rules, and outcomes for transparency and audit.
• Ability to adjust working hours in India to ensure effective collaboration with teams across USA and UK.

Required Skills :

Good to Have : Salesforce Certified Data Architect or Integration Architect.
