- Job Title : Sales Head – Water Treatment Chemicals
- Location : Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai and Bangalore.

- Experience Required : 10–20 years in water treatment chemical sales
- Qualification : B.Sc / B.Tech in Chemistry / Chemical Engineering / MBA preferred
Key Responsibilities :
Sales Strategy & Leadership :Develop and execute the strategic sales plan for water treatment chemicals across India or designated regions.Lead and mentor the regional sales team to achieve revenue and profitability targets.Identify growth opportunities in municipal, industrial, and institutional segments.Business Development :
Build and expand the customer base in the water treatment industry.Establish key partnerships with OEMs, EPC contractors, and large industrial clients.Identify and tap into emerging markets and trends in water treatment solutions.Key Account Management :
Develop long-term relationships with key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.Market Intelligence & Reporting :
Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes.Provide regular market feedback and sales forecasts to senior management.Ensure adherence to credit policies and support in collections from key accounts.Key Skills & Competencies :
Strong understanding of water treatment chemicals (coagulants, flocculants, biocides, RO chemicals, etc.)Excellent leadership and people management skillsStrategic thinking and business acumenCustomer-focused approach and excellent negotiation skillsGood communication and presentation abilitiesSkills Required
