Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Associate located in Gurugram. The Business Development Associate will be responsible for identifying and generating leads through market research and outreach. Daily tasks include preparing and delivering presentations to potential clients, building and maintaining relationships, and supporting the wider business development team with strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• Strong Presentation Skills and experience in delivering engaging presentations
• Proficiency in Lead Generation and conducting Market Research
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in the education or training industry is a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
