Stipend : 20K per month + Incentives

CTC after conversion to FTE : 12 LPA

We’re now looking for a Business Development (Growth) Intern who wants to be at the heart of international expansion and strategy . Someone who’s excited to work directly with the founding team, shape go-to-market plans, and open new business opportunities across global markets.

What You’ll Do

• Partner with founders to drive global business growth — from lead generation to strategic partnerships.
• Conduct market research across international geographies (US, Europe, SEA) to identify potential clients and expansion trends.
• Build and optimize outreach systems, BD automation, and market-entry strategies.
• Work cross-functionally with Marketing & Operations to align growth initiatives.
• Engage directly with decision-makers at fast-growing tech startups and HRTech players worldwide.
