Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic aviation sales team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of aircraft parts and the aviation aftermarket, along with proven experience in managing customer relationships, processing RFQs, and closing sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle and process incoming Requests for Quotation (RFQs) from customers.
- Drive the sales of aircraft spare parts while ensuring competitive pricing and profitability.
- Conduct Fair Market Value (FMV) checks and market research to support quotations and pricing strategies.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and industry partners.
- Follow up diligently on quotations sent to secure orders.
- Manage and monitor purchase orders and sales orders , ensuring timely fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM systems.
Key Skills & Qualifications
Experience : Minimum 3–7 years of experience in aviation sales or related business.Education : Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.Industry Knowledge : Solid understanding of aircraft parts and aviation supply chain operations.Commercial Awareness : Strong business acumen and assertiveness in negotiations.Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.Technical Skills : Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.) and familiarity with CRM tools.Personal Attributes :Highly self-motivated and target-driven.
