We’re now gearing up for rapid expansion — and we’re looking for a Marketing Manager who can take charge of growth, customer engagement, and go-to-market execution to drive our next phase of scale.
What You Will Do
As Marketing Manager, you’ll own the entire growth and marketing function — from user acquisition to engagement and retention — while shaping viaDOTS’ market presence.
- Develop and execute comprehensive GTM (Go-To-Market) strategies for new launches, features, and city expansions.
- Design and drive growth strategies across the full customer funnel — awareness, acquisition, activation, and retention.
- Lead in-app marketing , lifecycle campaigns, and personalised engagement to boost customer loyalty.
- Oversee product marketing — positioning, messaging, and launch planning for app updates and new offerings.
- Manage all digital channels : Google Analytics, Meta Ads, SEM / SEO, Influencer Marketing, WhatsApp & SMS campaigns, and Events.
- Implement and manage marketing automation tools such as MoEngage or CleverTap to scale engagement and retention.
- Leverage AI tools for campaign optimisation, audience insights, and creative efficiency.
- Manage budgets, track performance metrics, and ensure strong ROI across campaigns.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, and operations to align marketing with business goals.
- Drive website marketing — enhance user journeys, landing pages, and conversion funnels.
- Be a strategic thinker and a hands-on executor — operate with autonomy and a founder mindset.
What You Bring
5–8 years of experience in growth or marketing roles in startups or fast-growing D2C brands.Proven track record in GTM strategy , app marketing , and data-driven customer engagement.Strong expertise in digital marketing tools — Google Analytics, Meta Ads, SEM / SEO, influencer, WhatsApp, and event marketing.Experience in mobility, ride-hailing, or premium consumer service is preferred.Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (MoEngage, CleverTap, WebEngage, etc.).Exposure to AI-based marketing tools for insights, targeting, and content generation.Strong analytical mindset, creativity, and problem-solving ability.Able to work independently, make data-backed decisions, and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.Detail-oriented, ambitious, and ready to build a high-impact marketing function from the ground up.Why viaDOTS
