Job descriptionAbility to drive projects initiated by central team Ability to work with cross functional teams Self Driven / Entrepreneurial in approach Carry out Compliance Testing for underlying functions as per the Annual Compliance Testing Plan. Team management, attention to details, planning and execution. Work with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely closure of actions. Preparation of memorandums and participation in committee meetings. Review of product, processes and SoPs. Compliance Testing under Risk Based Supervision guidelines Discussion with the senior stakeholders and department heads
Job Purpose Senior Manager / Assistant Vice President Compliance Testing
Qualification : CA / CMA / CS / MBA
Relevant Experience :
- Minimum 5 Years of experience in banking or NBFC industry in Internal audit / Compliance testing / Regulatory Compliance
