Job Summary :

We are looking for a skilled and proactive

Power Automate Developer

with hands-on experience in

Power Automate RPA

and

Power Automate Cloud Flows . The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing automation solutions that streamline business processes and improve operational efficiency. This role requires working onsite at our client's Chennai office and closely collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities :

Design, develop, test, and deploy automation workflows using Power Automate (Desktop and Cloud Flows).

Work with business teams to understand process automation requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Integrate Power Automate solutions with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Outlook, Teams, Dynamics 365, and other connectors.

Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain existing automations, ensuring high availability and performance.

Document process workflows, data flows, and technical specifications.

Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure compliance, scalability, and best practices in automation development.

Suggest and implement process improvements using automation opportunities.

Requirements :

Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Power Automate (both RPA and Flow).

Strong understanding of Microsoft Power Platform and its components.

Experience in automating tasks across desktop, web, and cloud-based systems.

Familiarity with APIs, JSON, OData, and integration concepts.

Knowledge of Microsoft 365 suite (Excel, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, etc.) integration with Power Automate.

Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, onsite environment.

Preferred Qualifications :

Microsoft Power Platform certifications (e.g., PL-500, PL-400).

Experience with Power Apps or Power BI is a plus.
