Power Automate Desktop Developer

Job descriptionDesign, develop, and implement end-to-end automation solutions using Power Automate Desktop and Power Automate Cloud Flows. Minimum 2 to 3 years of hands-on relevant experience in developing solutions using Power Automate. Build reusable components and follow best practices for scalable, maintainable automation. Develop and maintain enterprise-grade automations and frameworks Automation Development & Design : Design, develop, and implement end-to-end automation solutions using Power Automate Desktop and Power Automate Cloud Flows. Minimum 2 to 3 years of hands-on relevant experience in developing solutions using Power Automate. Build reusable components and follow best practices for scalable, maintainable automation. Develop and maintain enterprise-grade automations and frameworks. Technical Proficiency : Strong RPA background with a solid understanding of UI automation and background automation techniques. Integrate automations with APIs, Databases, and legacy systems. Implement robust logging and error-handling mechanisms to ensure reliability and traceability. Work with Work Queues and implement multi-bot architecture for optimized process execution. Handle data manipulation using Excel, Google Sheets, CSV, JSON, and XML. Hands-on experience with Google Workspace automation (e.g., Google Sheets, GDrive, Gmail). Leverage the Microsoft ecosystem effectively, including Office 365, Azure Cloud, and Power Platform tools. Good experience with premium connectors and custom connectors. Emerging Technologies : Awareness of Agentic Automation trends (autonomous agents capable of dynamic decision-making). Soft Skills & Collaboration : Strong communication and documentation skills for effective team collaboration and reporting. Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality results with minimal supervision.
