The Senior Manager HR Operations will be responsible for managing and streamlining end-to-end HR operations across the employee lifecycle.
- This includes onboarding, HRIS management (Keka), payroll, compliance, employee documentation, HR audits, and process automation.
- The role will also support HR leadership in employee engagement, HR analytics, and policy implementation, ensuring a seamless and compliant employee experience at myHQ (ANAROCK Group).
Key Lifecycle & Experience :
Manage end-to-end onboarding, induction, and exit processes, ensuring a smooth employee experience.Oversee employee documentation, background verification, and records management.Serve as the first point of contact for employee queries on HR policies, benefits, and processes.Payroll, Compliance & Statutory Management :
Own and execute monthly payroll processes with complete accuracy and timeliness.Manage statutory compliance including PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Professional Tax, Shops & Establishments, and Labour Law filings.Coordinate with internal and external auditors to ensure compliance with all legal and statutory norms.HRIS & Process Automation :
Administer and optimize Keka HRIS for attendance, leave, payroll, and performance management.Generate HR dashboards, MIS reports, and analytics for leadership reviews.Identify opportunities for automation to improve HR operational efficiency.HR Operations & Policy Implementation :
Implement, monitor, and audit HR policies across the organization.Conduct regular HR audits to ensure compliance with internal and external standards.Partner with HR leadership to roll out new policies and process improvements.Employee Engagement & Support :
Support HRBP and leadership teams in executing engagement programs, R&R initiatives, and surveys.Facilitate employee communication, feedback sessions, and grievance redressal.Promote a positive and inclusive work culture through proactive employee support.HR Analytics & Insights :
Maintain accurate dashboards tracking headcount, attrition, and other workforce metrics.Analyze HR data to provide actionable insights to leadership for strategic decision-making.Desired Candidate Profile :
Experience : 6-8 years in HR Operations within mid-sized or high-growth organizations (250300 employees).Education : Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.Technical Skills :
Hands-on experience with Keka HRIS (or similar HR systems).Strong understanding of Payroll, Labour Laws, and Statutory Compliance.Proficiency in MS Excel, HR analytics, and reporting tools.Behavioral Competencies :
