About the Role
As an Area Manager, you will be responsible for driving business in your territory by acquiring new academic institutions, retaining and upgrading existing customers, and building strong channel partnerships. You’ll work closely with schools and learners to achieve business goals while ensuring excellent customer experience.

Scope of the Role
- Customer Acquisition – Own and drive business growth in your territory.
- Customer Retention & Upgrade – Strengthen relationships and grow portfolio value.
- Marketing & Activations – Plan and execute learner engagement activities.
- Channel Development – Identify, develop, and manage business partners.
- Collections – Ensure timely collection of dues from customers and partners.
- Customer Relationships – Build trust through regular engagement and feedback.
- Internal Coordination – Work with operations, delivery, and marketing teams for seamless program implementation.
- Problem Solving – Proactively address customer issues with transparency.
- Documentation & Reporting – Maintain CRM, agreements, and daily reporting updates.
- Field Work – High-energy, on-ground role requiring 100% field presence, 6 days a week.
Qualifications & Experience
Graduate in any stream (MBA / PGDBM preferred but not mandatory).2–8 years of B2B sales experience (preferably in education / edtech / FMCG / telecom domains).Traits We Value
