Description

We are seeking a motivated Office Admin to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will support daily office operations and assist in various administrative tasks to ensure a smooth workflow.

Responsibilities

  • Manage office supplies and inventory
  • Maintain organized filing systems both physically and digitally
  • Assist with scheduling meetings and appointments
  • Coordinate office activities and events
  • Handle correspondence, including emails and phone calls
  • Support team members with administrative tasks as needed
  • Prepare reports and presentations as required

Skills and Qualifications

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
  • Knowledge of office equipment and procedures
