Job Description
Responsibilities :
- Coordinate day-to-day project activities across different teams and projects
- Assist in developing and maintaining project schedules, budgets, and documentation
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders
- Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
- Maintain project documentation including drawings, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
Coordinate for estimations and POC with delivery team
Good understanding about creating and checking proposal and contracts
Required Skills :
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field.3–6 years of experience in construction project coordination or managementStrong understanding of construction processes, project lifecycle, and documentation.Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Requirements
