Description
- Provide HR Support : Assist employees with HR-related inquiries, including benefits, payroll, and employee records.
- Process Transactions : Handle transactions such as onboarding new employees, updating employee information, and processing leave requests.
- Resolve Issues : Troubleshoot and resolve HR-related issues, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
- Maintain Records : Ensure accurate and up-to-date maintenance of HR records and systems.
- Compliance : Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and procedures.
- Training : Provide training and support to employees on HR processes and systems.
Qualifications :
Education : Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Experience : Previous experience in HR administration or a similar role.Skills : Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Must Haves
2-4 years experience in Workday & ServicenowExperience in global companies in HRSD roles (preferred KPOs / GCCs)Should have worked in HR shared services modelSkills Required
