Process End-to-end payroll for employees in accordance with company policies and statutory regulations.
Validate attendance, leave, and timekeeping data for payroll inputs.
Coordinate with HR, Finance, and external vendors for payroll-related data and reconciliations.
Manage Full and Final (FnF) settlements for separated employees, including calculation of dues, recovery, gratuity, leave encashment, and tax implications.
Ensure timely submission of statutory payments (PF, ESI, PT, TDS, etc.) and filings.
Address employee queries related to salary, tax deductions, and payslips.
Maintain and update payroll records and documentation for audits and compliance.
Assist in preparing payroll reports, dashboards, and MIS for management.
Support year-end activities including Form 16 generation and tax proof verification.
Stay updated with changes in labor laws and payroll regulations.

Qualifications & Skills :
Bachelor’s degree in commerce, Business Administration, or related field.
4–6 years of experience in payroll processing, preferably in a shared services or corporate environment.
Strong knowledge of Indian payroll statutory requirements.
Proficiency in MS Excel and data handling.
Excellent attention to detail, confidentiality, and time management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Experience in handling large employee databases and multi-location payroll
