Job description

Key Responsibilities :

  • Process End-to-end payroll for employees in accordance with company policies and statutory regulations.
  • Validate attendance, leave, and timekeeping data for payroll inputs.
  • Coordinate with HR, Finance, and external vendors for payroll-related data and reconciliations.
  • Manage Full and Final (FnF) settlements for separated employees, including calculation of dues, recovery, gratuity, leave encashment, and tax implications.
  • Ensure timely submission of statutory payments (PF, ESI, PT, TDS, etc.) and filings.
  • Address employee queries related to salary, tax deductions, and payslips.
  • Maintain and update payroll records and documentation for audits and compliance.
  • Assist in preparing payroll reports, dashboards, and MIS for management.
  • Support year-end activities including Form 16 generation and tax proof verification.
  • Stay updated with changes in labor laws and payroll regulations.
  • Support in SuccessFactors queries

Qualifications & Skills :

  • Bachelor’s degree in commerce, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 4–6 years of experience in payroll processing, preferably in a shared services or corporate environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Indian payroll statutory requirements.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and data handling.
  • Excellent attention to detail, confidentiality, and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Experience in handling large employee databases and multi-location payroll
