Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Windchill Administrator to join our team and play a pivotal role in supporting a large-scale Windchill upgrade project. This role requires strong expertise in Windchill PLM solutions, system administration, and upgrade execution. The ideal candidate will bring proven experience in managing, maintaining, and optimizing Windchill environments while ensuring system stability, performance, and scalability.
As a Windchill Administrator, you will work closely with cross-functional teams and clients to provide technical expertise, oversee upgrade activities, and deliver tailored PLM solutions aligned with business needs. This position offers an excellent opportunity to work on cutting-edge PLM implementations and upgrades while contributing to the digital transformation journey of leading organizations.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer, monitor, and maintain the Windchill PLM system to ensure maximum uptime, reliability, and performance.
- Lead and support the planning, execution, and validation of the Windchill upgrade project, ensuring smooth transition with minimal disruption.
- Work closely with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements, propose solutions, and configure Windchill modules to meet specific business needs.
- Manage CAD integrations with Windchill, ensuring seamless connectivity and optimized workflows for engineering teams.
- Troubleshoot, resolve, and document system issues, coordinating with vendors and internal teams as needed.
- Perform routine maintenance, upgrades, patching, and performance tuning of Windchill systems.
- Collaborate with IT and infrastructure teams on system backups, recovery strategies, and server / cloud management.
- Provide end-user support, training, and documentation to ensure smooth adoption of upgraded systems.
- Participate in system audits, compliance checks, and security management to align with organizational standards.
Key Qualifications
3+ years of experience in Windchill PLM administration, including hands-on expertise with CAD integrations.Strong understanding of Windchill architecture, modules, and core functionalities (Document Management, Change Management, BOM Management, etc.).Proven experience in Windchill upgrade projects, including planning, execution, and post-upgrade validation.Working knowledge of AWS cloud environment is an added advantage.Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.Excellent communication, client-facing, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a global team environment.If you are interested kindly share your updated CV to aruna.m@zettamine.com or WhatsApp to 6302404863.
