Requirements

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Windchill Sr. Consultant to join our Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) practice. This role demands a deep understanding of PTC Windchill (mandatory) along with hands-on expertise in other PLM solutions, including Siemens-Teamcenter, ARAS PLM, Dassault Systèmes products (3D Experience, Enovia, Enterprise PDM, Smarteam), and Oracle Agile PLM . The ideal candidate will be responsible for consulting, solution design, implementation, and system integration across multiple PLM platforms. You will also contribute to business process design, estimation, and advanced solution mapping , with exposure to AR / VR / MR technologies being highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

• PLM Consulting & Solution Delivery
• Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of PTC Windchill solutions , ensuring scalability, performance, and reliability.
• Provide consulting expertise across other PLM platforms like Siemens-Teamcenter, ARAS PLM, Dassault Systèmes (3DX, Enovia, Enterprise PDM, Smarteam), and Oracle Agile PLM .
• Analyze client requirements, map them to PLM functionalities, and design end-to-end solutions.
• Collaborate with clients to optimize product lifecycle processes and recommend best practices.
• System Integration & Technical Leadership
• Lead integration of Windchill and other PLM tools with ERP, CAD, and enterprise systems.
• Drive technical feasibility assessments and create high-level and detailed solution designs .
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless PLM solutions across global environments.
• Business Process & Estimation
• Conduct business process design and re-engineering workshops with stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into system requirements, workflows, and process automation.
• Provide accurate effort estimation for new PLM implementations, migrations, and upgrades.
• Support pre-sales activities by preparing solution proposals, estimations, and demos.
• Innovation & Advanced Technologies
• Explore and implement AR / VR / MR use cases for enhanced product visualization and digital twin capabilities.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends in PLM, digital engineering, and Industry 4.0.
• Recommend innovative approaches to improve collaboration, productivity, and data management.
• Mentorship & Collaboration
• Guide junior consultants and developers on Windchill and related PLM technologies.
• Participate in code reviews, knowledge-sharing sessions, and best practice frameworks .
• Partner with project managers, architects, and client stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
