Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

• Coordinate the onboarding process of new franchise partners and ensure timely machine installations.
• Act as the primary point of contact for daily issue resolution and operational queries.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with franchise partners, ensuring satisfaction and timely support.
• Track, document, and resolve technical or operational issues by coordinating with internal teams.
• Ensure smooth communication between franchisees and the Daalchini operations / support teams.
• Assist in training franchise partners on software, operations, and customer handling.
• Provide feedback and insights to improve franchise support processes.

About Company : Daalchini is a physical marketplace for traditional Indian home-cooked food, provided by a network of home-based cooks / tiffin services, through the Internet of Things (IoT-based vending machines called DaalchiniHut).
