Job Description :

We are looking for an exceptional Lead / Principal Software Engineer with expertise in Generative AI to drive the development of innovative, scalable, and AI-powered solutions. This individual will work directly with senior leadership, including the CEO and CTO, to craft and scale the product's AI-driven architecture. As a key member of the team, you will play an essential role in building robust systems, integrating machine learning models, and refining AI capabilities to stay ahead of the curve.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable AI systems that enhance platform capabilities, particularly in Generative AI and machine learning.
• Build and optimize machine learning pipelines that process and integrate data, enabling efficient model training and inference.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain AI-based products that address real-world challenges in compliance and regulatory domains.
• Enhance system robustness through continuous model evaluation, tuning, and optimization for performance.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve model accuracy, including handling issues like hallucinations, tokenization, and other challenges unique to Generative AI models.
• Mentor junior engineers and ensure the implementation of best practices for coding, security, and design.
• Collaborate with the CTO to ensure the architecture supports business goals and allows for scalable product growth.
