Role & Designation – Recruitment Partner

Nature of Job – Full Time Permanent (3 Months Training + 6 month's Probation) Work Location – Remote with occasional visits to office (once in 3 months for important meetings, get together or trainings) Work Timing – 9.30 AM to 6.00 PM

Work Days - 5 Days working (Saturday and Sunday Off)

Passed out between 2020 and 2025 (Graduation- B.Tech / B.E or Postgraduation-MCA, M.Sc., or MBA).

• Have scored at least 60% in 10th, 12th / Intermediate, Graduation, and Postgraduation.
• Interested in building a career in Recruitment — talking to people, understanding roles, and helping companies hire the right talent.
• Living in Pune for the past few years and familiar with the city.
