Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven B2B Sales Executive to join our IT sales team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and driving sales of IT products and solutions to business clients.
Key Responsibilities :
Identify, approach, and acquire new B2B clients for IT products and services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and upsell opportunities.
Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and solution consultations for prospective clients.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and contracts.
Coordinate with internal teams (technical, marketing, and support) to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline in CRM.
Stay updated with industry trends, competitor products, and market developments.
Qualifications & Skills :
Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
2–3 years of B2B sales experience in IT products / services.
Strong understanding of IT solutions, software, or hardware products.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
