Order Processing Executive

Educational Qualification : Graduate or above in any discipline

Experience Required : 1 to 2 years of experience in handling e-commerce operations, specifically for ethnic online websites

Role Responsibilities :

• Manage inventory for e-commerce platforms, ensuring stock accuracy and timely updates
• Handle end-to-end order processing including order confirmations, packaging coordination, and dispatch tracking
• Coordinate with warehouse and courier partners for smooth operations
• Maintain records of product listings, returns, and stock adjustments
• Work closely with customer support and sales teams to ensure timely fulfillment of orders
